The pay at Invitation Homes is not competitive with other property management companies in the immediate area. Also, the pay is not sufficient enough for a single parent or one income household.

I believe I have made a significant impact in the market, therefore I believe I am deserving of a pay increase. The requirements for a pay increase, which the offer was very low, is not feasible and it hurts that upper management does not believe I have to prove myself more by writing self reports.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an an Amazing team super sharp ladies! They all work so hard each day I cannot do it without them. They cover when I am on vacation and I cover for them. Love my Team! The best part my manager helps me out when we have a ton to do I am thankful for her!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is accepted at IH no matter where you come from! When you work here, they do not judge they accept you as who you are I love that about are company!

We should have more people per team, PM team has so much overload. Need a designated call center(more than 2 people) that can manage the call flow, and PM team should not spend everyday with maintenance calls and complaints that interfere with other duties all day.
