Enshored: My overall experience with the company through the year working there has been great. It's a great work environment, where people aren't only compensated fairly for their work, but given many opportunists to grow and learn new things in their field of work.

Newport Group: I left my place of business. I called to close out my account with Newport. They charged me $25 to cut a check. 28 days later & still no check. Money is what this company is. No service or product, they manage money. So, either they are just bad with money, or they are thieves with a scheme.
Enshored: Salary increase. Change the leave approval system, current one should be 2 weeks before we submit, what if it's urgent but not an emergency but yet I have to go? I have no choice then but not to show up because it has to be a 2week noticeand it is not sure that your application would be approved.
GFL Environmental: The pay is absolutely too low. The benefits are very poor unless you are in management. Managers will lie to you about usung your benefits instead of trying to help you use and understand them. They frequently take your vacation days for any absence that you might have . Forget promotions .

Enshored: higher managers should think about the impact of changing the scorecards just to please the client. leaders getting incentives while integrity is in question. favoritism can be observed and we are terminating agents but so afraid to terminate leaders who don't have the competencies to lead.
