Barracuda Networks: I've had the opportunity to explore multiple positions across various departments and ultimately become a leader. The culture is incredible and I've made many lifelong friends.
Dyson: Breaks often. Not super difficult to fix, but they really don't last more than about three years. It eventually becomes cheaper to buy another vacuum than to keep replacing broken parts on the old, in much less time than you would hope.

First National Bank: Customer service needs improved, I was a customer for over 20yrs and left because of their charges. I had an overdraft of 3.70 they sent me one notice in the mail so I went to take care of it and they made me pay $121.00 in charges and I took care of it within days of the first notice I got.

St. Mary's Hospital: Human Resource is clueless. The EVS (Environmental Services) managers are clueless, disorganized, and they can be hard to work with.
Barracuda Networks: At Barracuda I had and have the opportunity to develop myself as well as the growth of the business in my region.
Discord: Their customer service needs MAJOR improvement, you trust these guys to protect your account, which to some is their identity, and they can't do so. They tell you 2FA is secure, but it actually locked you out of your own account if it gets hacked professionally. Very disappointing
Pacific Pulmonary Services: Show up on-time (3hr window) instead of several hours after window, allow for scheduling suitible for pataints who are working PT/FT instead of requiring taking a day off or attempting to find someone who can "house sit".
iFIT: I reallt appreciate the quality of this brand. I received a weider weight bench and am loving the way it is built. I reached out with a question that was resolved in 1 phone call, 8 minutes and 54 seconds including connecting time. I receiced a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.
Marshalls: Under paid and under appreciated. Worked for the company for 7 years and only just started making $13 an hour this year. I am one of their best employees (in that i know most areas of the store including the cash office) and the highest annual raise i ever got was 45 cents. It's SO disheartening.

Chegg: We want to move fast, but we dont want to take the time to think and plan. Focus more on agility, rather than being fast. This will allow us to pivot easier when plans do change. Right now if things change, were expected to just do whatever leadership says.

Carvana: I can only speak for non office employees, but overall, this is a great place to work if you are up to the physical challenge and can handle the heat. Medical insurance paid by company is great, shift differential pay is good, overall environment is mostly relaxed as long as everyone works hard.
Tenable: Tenable has been an unbelievable learning experience and a game-changer for my career. Everyone here at Tenable has a "good soul" and our leadership team cares deeply about our employees.
