Lots of extroversion, confidence, and great manners

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The overall ideal vision for growth, while also keeping things grounded and pragmatic with the core values.

What makes you most happy at work?

The ability to work independently, derived from rapport and trust between my team lead and manager. Also, the constant influx of job opportunities available.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company values are similar to what I embodied in college and while working as a laborer for many years. Improve one percent a day. There is no path but forward.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I come from a different field (software dev and db admin) so I'm used to making more $ for far less effort/stress. I stress way more about getting to "production" than focusing on the quality of my work and ensuring best practices are followed.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

More required team zoom meetings, even if they're 2 mins long, throughout the day. We aren't working in the office so we need to really take advantage of the tools we have been given. Working behind layers of tech makes the social aspect of work prone to plenty of barriers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they're on the leadership page and I can see who they are. Other than that, I have zero clue about any of them except for the CEO, who only exists as a motivational email once in a while. The best leaders I've known were constantly growing their influence and momentum, in and out of work
