They're open and creative! It never feels like there is a closed door

Review from Engineering Dept

Leadership appears to be very interested in bringing in top talent and enabling them to make a difference. I appreciate that approach and look forward to a challenging and rewarding career with ZoomInfo!

Review from Engineering Dept

Leadership team here seems incredibly sharp and single-mindedly committed to the company's goals. Refreshing to see this level of organization and collaboration towards goals.

Review from Engineering Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Listening to the people who know what they are talking about.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

It's well balanced and competitive

Review from Engineering Dept

Good compared to other companies

Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

Incentive and RSU are very generous compared to other organizations.

Review from Engineering Dept

bonuses and stocks and raises

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

1) Not expecting to be matched in the market value every time but the merit increase should be more than average of 5% and performance based. I will be the first one to accept less pay if I didn't perform well. 2) The health benefits are not good (about UnitedHealth, less said it is better).

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel that I am underpaid for my position given the average salaries for people of a similar position in my geographic area.

Review from Engineering Dept

Benefits are meeting industry standard. Salary is way below industry standard, especially for existing employees. I think our company is trying very hard to hire new talent while not paying attention to keep current employees who have a better knowledge of the system in general.

Review from Engineering Dept

Would like to have closer pay to what other companies are offering for the same role

Review from Engineering Dept

I think relative to market rates ZoomInfo is consistently under current market value and this also impacts our ability to hire.

Review from Engineering Dept

As with any company you have your problems with a set of people, but for the most part everyone at ZoomInfo is bright and capable. Everyone is excited to make the company the best it can be

Review from Engineering Dept

It's a very new team with highly motivated employees who are willing to be very flexible and adaptive.

Review from Engineering Dept

Everyone is willing to help each other regardless if you are brand new or someone that has been around for a while.

Review from Engineering Dept

People here are smart as hell. But that's no surprise. As a newcomer, I'm shocked at how consistently people are willing to help as part of the "one team, one dream" motto.

Review from Engineering Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Many coworkers need deeper expertise and experience at their jobs (developers, product managers, and scrum masters). Getting things done is often unorganized, not following effective proven development methodologies, and more painful than necessary.

Review from Engineering Dept

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Everyone is working toward a common goal and is excited to make the company better. Although the pace is fast, and the hours can be long, work is rewarded and recognized.

Review from Engineering Dept

Rapid growth constantly infuses the company with new talent and perspective.

Review from Engineering Dept

The feeling that I am getting the training I need on the subject I need, in the timeframe that is acceptable.

Review from Engineering Dept

We have a clear mission on what we want to achieve without preemptively defining a vision.

Opportunities to learn and grow professionally and also help the company grow in business.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Being empowered to make a difference.

Review from Engineering Dept

Making the clients happy and knowing they are satisfied with our product.

Review from Engineering Dept

The most rewarding part being a product manager is helping others make good decisions. And now I get to do that for businesspeople all around the world, with team members who are just as excited about it as I am. And we're profitable, which is nice.

Review from Engineering Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Depends on the day: What was I working on? what just broke? How many times have I complained about X being broken?

Review from Engineering Dept

RND pace is unsustainable if we are going to have a stable, quality product. There is a lot of burnout in the applications & product group, in my opinion.
