People here are smart as hell. But that's no surprise. As a newcomer, I'm shocked at how consistently people are willing to help as part of the "one team, one dream" motto.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a newcomer, it's clear that they: 1) know that they don't have all the answers; 2) expect their teams to feel empowered to find the answers; 3) the company is investing in the people, processes, and tools to succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The most rewarding part being a product manager is helping others make good decisions. And now I get to do that for businesspeople all around the world, with team members who are just as excited about it as I am. And we're profitable, which is nice.
