Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Disparity in benefits across locations, Compensation is based on previous pay which could lead to a disadvantage for some. It should instead be purely based on role and experience

Research requires much more than the average person has to offer, but we are paid as though we work in fast food or retail just because there is no education or experience requirement to work in this department.

The lack of visibility on compensation is exhausting. It is feeling more and more to me like the company is negotiating in bad faith. ZoomInfo is the Oakland A's of the SaaS world. They are good at developing raw talent but then it goes to the Yankees/Red Sox of the world (Salesforce) to get paid.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am fairly new to the company and I am already burnt out. The expectation is that you work all the time. Working after hours and on weekends is praised instead of discouraged. Everyone works over the weekends to catch up on stuff that couldn't be completed.
