A bit hard charging, with a get sh-t done mentality. But also time taken to spend time together as a team. More on the serious side but definitely some fun mixed in. Everyone are really great and talented folks.

Fast paced and collaborative. We try and overcommunicate. It's still a small team so we spend a lot of time all together and we do a good job of making time to spend time together outside the office. There are very high expectations for everyone, but lots of mentoring, coaching and feedback given. We try and live our values to make work more transparent and rewarding.

How are layoffs handled in the Customer Support department at ZoomInfo?
CX Support does not often face layoffs as we are some of the lower-cost employees (<70K), and we are very heavily needed. Typically, if layoffs happen in CX, you'll get a Zoom Invite popup on your calendar from a Manager and HR.
