Benefit options are competitive, but slightly expensive. No 401K or match, but would love to see it soon. OTE's are definitely within grasp.

What is the office space like?
Comparably has a really fun office space on the Promenade in Santa Monica. Its 2 blocks from the beach and the Santa Monica Pier with TONS of amazing restaurants and bars nearby. The location couldn't be better. The office itself is a very fun 2 story space.

What's the office layout like at Comparably?
Our office is a brand new two-story industrial building in the heart of downtown Santa Monica. It's an open floor plan & spacious with private offices for calls and meetings. We love it!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at ZoomInfo?
Siloed departments. Many of the departments were pretty toxic with a high turnover rate. Need to change management style
What do you like best about the leadership team at Comparably?
Over-communication is stressed, and the team is extremely transparent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at ZoomInfo?
No maternity leave. Sick leave was grouped in with vacation. Health insurance wasn't the best.
