Lines of communication could be better. The SDR team is very connected, SDR/AE relationships have been severed recently.

Most of my coworkers are wonderful subject matter experts, but the lack of leadership, communication & unity among marketing "leaders" here makes cross-team work really difficult and almost impossible.

More required team zoom meetings, even if they're 2 mins long, throughout the day. We aren't working in the office so we need to really take advantage of the tools we have been given. Working behind layers of tech makes the social aspect of work prone to plenty of barriers.
