Compensating employees, showing employee appreciation, transparent quotas and comp plans, training managers, communicating org structural changes in advance, work-life balance

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that they are willing to provide a gender confirmation change is really impressive. This isn't something I need however it really shows how much the company cares about their team members being who they are! Progressive!!

Unachievable quotas, constantly moving targets and confusing metrics, fluxes in team structure and strategy without any alignment from middle and upper management. Lack of trust from management that reps are handling deals well, despite great track record
