Everyone wants to help and share their talk tracks to make the entire team successful!

This was super simple and very relaxed! We really just focused on having good conversations!

The fact that I know I have the tools I need to succeed and learn. They keep the days interesting so I am not doing the same thing each day.

Everyone on this team is SO willing to help and WANTS to help! They take the time to really set people up for success and knows what it takes to make a strong and successful team!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've been on sales teams at smaller companies in person. This is my first time working for a large team 100% remote. I feel closer to this team remote than the co-workers I saw each day!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that they are willing to provide a gender confirmation change is really impressive. This isn't something I need however it really shows how much the company cares about their team members being who they are! Progressive!!
