Very smart, willing to try new things & definitely cutting edge. Willing to invest in tools for the employee's success.

Everyone is really driven and we act as a thinktank in discussing common issues and how to overcome them. Everyone really steps up to help out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Co-workers but also the product we sell, people love. So you have a lot of people working on your side and advocating on behalf of the product as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Attainable quota, great accelerators and good salary are the best parts. As fun as my co-workers are I work to get paid, so this place is a good spot if you're into money.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet a lot of people. Meet as in say hi, quick chat with executives not get grilled by them. It's not an easy interview process because we don't want people looking for easy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is really built on improving each and everyday. Defining new possibles. And those are just buzz words, you'll be forced to grown and get better, be challenged and be uncomfortbale. If you're looking to sit back and slide under the radar this is not the place for you.
