We have a generally relaxed environment, which is typical for manufacturing, but without as much hustle and bustle that you tend to see at larger companies with 24/7 continuous production.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, everyone is heavily invested in doing great things for the company and everyone genuinely cares for the well-being of their coworkers. Some of us could be better at showing empathy and compassion, and being patient when things don't go their way.
