I have been working at Fowler/Zalkin for over 30 years, and it has been a great place to work with friends that will last a lifetime.

new employee. hard to get "in" with existing workforce. they are skilled and cordial, but not entirely trusting of new employees. i think this will improve with time.

I can afford it and it works

Although clear goals are set, we are consistently asked about the status of quotations and when PO's can be expected. However, there is no financial incentives for us to meet or exceed these goals.

compensation should be at local market levels and adjusted to keep up.

Underappreciation and lack of understanding regarding the volume and quality of work I do. Competitive pay and an investment in equipment for the department would go a long ways.

Everybody has the same goals we are trying to achieve, and we work together to try and obtain them.
