Regular town halls help provide transparency and they seem to have an openness and seek feedback.
Transparency (when they can); they are fully vested in the vision of symplr's trajectory as a platform company; they take time to acknowledge individual contributor contributions; they encourage us to take responsibility for our career growth and provide tools to do so
Clarity, consistency and collaboration helps drive the company forward in an effective way
Opportunities to contribute, visibility, transparency
not to sure of them yet - new merger
Include managers in making RIF decisions. Decisions made without their knowledge causes undue hardship to those who remain and destroying morale.
The ELT thinks they are being transparent, but they are not. Recently, an entire dev team was transitioned from US resources to India resources. Only the Engineering team was notified. There is no reason to hide this information from the company.
We have options to choose from and extras for special circumstances that truly come in handy!
the 401K has a good match rate
Salary, Leaves, Other benefits, Bonus payout
health insurance is better than the former company
health care premiums are fair and I like th $75 connection monthly incentive
My salary is slightly under the national average for my position.
It was understandable that you had to level the playing field regarding bonuses, and you gave those who were losing it compensation. Then at merit time you promptly cut their merit pay in half. This undercut your previous action and sent a clear message that lower level employees are not an asset.
My salary is below average for my role. That, combined with inflation is the reason I answered the way I did to the binary question given.
Providing me with an equity package.
It's not that I feel "undervalued," it's just that my salary isn't in keeping with inflation or my experience and education. In every other way, I'm very happy at symplr. Part of it is that it's just hard to live these days off the same salaries as years ago.
We're cohesive, supportive, and effective. My team rocks!
High skill level; they speak up when they notice things we can do better (and listen when I do the same); they are fully invested in providing great deliverables for customers; everyone is a really hard worker, even through the tough times when some might drop out and quietly quit
They are all well versed on the industry and many came from healthcare
Dedication, teamwork, corporative, understanding, friendly
I love that my team is always future forward thinking
people need drop the toxicity attitude and be helpfull in stead of going through management channels to get information.
The team is very siloed, every individual is literally an independent contributor and there are no other opinions or suggestions from others. It does not feel like a team, rather siloed goals or unengaged people.
I love how symplr treats employees like adults, such as a remote environment and space with support to perform our duties.
Great employee resource groups that provide places to connect across the business; fun virtual company events and opportunities to volunteer in the community!
remote first is so extremely valuable. Having so many former care workers here leads to an incredible empathetic, compassionate team.
Rewards and recognition, employee engagement, visibility, consideration
remote culture is the best
stop assigning more and more roles to positions and create separate positions. Makes it easier to divide workload and raise the quality of work.

I enjoy the work and I enjoy my coworkers, as well as the company culture, including all the fun things they do to team build. (Regarding a prior question, I am not customer-facing and many people aren't, so this survey needs to have an option for N/A.)
I know that my work affects helps customers improve their outcomes and bottom lines. At a high level, it feels good to improve patient safety and healthcare outcomes too!
directly helping people in healthcare
When my work is recognized and valued.
getting to use walkme is the best
Have lost my trust. This is not the same company I started with. In my area there is no career growth.
very siloed personnel, very limited personnel in certain areas. lack of communication or significant delay in communication
Unmotivated, lack of mentorship, lack of collaboration, lack of training
I need help. I don't feel like I have the necessary tools to do my job effectively. With the acquisitions a lot of us have been brought into "new" roles without much training
