Health insurance monthly fees not going up this year. BCBS is better than Cigna for me. Flexible work schedules in my group are also great for work/life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very pleased with the new leadership. They are much more professional and transparent than the previous team, which had a "good ole boy" vibe during company meetings that was very disconcerting at times. Venkat seems very knowledgeable about the industry, so his addition is encouraging to me.
