Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not feel undervalued as an individual, but I do think that my pay could be higher, based on average/median salary within the industry. Because of the history of pay of when I first started, it has impacted the overall compensation $ value over time, but I think symplr is doing it's best.
