Again, hard to quantify and the questions presented sometimes gave a black or white answer, when some shades of gray would be better. The overall feeling of this place has changed dramatically since we engaged with BCG and I feel we haven't recovered from the blow to the system.

I am proud to be a part of an organziation that is creating a new catagorey of healthcare operations software with the ulitmate goal of helping caregivers spend more time with patients. At times the work we do is challenging but the team and the outcome are worth it.

Every decision goes through a lot of levels and then things get delayed which in turn gets blamed on the employee and I feel my compensation is not up to the market standards

I have been doing a job without the title, and with the goal being moved back and back. I have done conservative benchmarking and am very undervalued while still giving my best. I can't let my team fail or just let things not happen, so I am continuing to show up well, but I'm weary.

I do not feel undervalued as an individual, but I do think that my pay could be higher, based on average/median salary within the industry. Because of the history of pay of when I first started, it has impacted the overall compensation $ value over time, but I think symplr is doing it's best.
