Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Again, hard to quantify and the questions presented sometimes gave a black or white answer, when some shades of gray would be better. The overall feeling of this place has changed dramatically since we engaged with BCG and I feel we haven't recovered from the blow to the system.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They can be funny and easy going.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

ERGs are where the culture is thriving/surviving.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work well together and we care about the work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

It's hard to quantify. Probably first and foremost personalities of most of the leaders are nice.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Nearly everyone on my team is an asset and my team is a delightful group and we work well together.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It is still a job and there is a lot around my role that can be undesirable even if I am very good at it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Sometimes it can feel relaxed and that allows me to also take care of myself knowing that my manager trusts me to get my work done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I an unofficially working more than the role i was hired for and it seems we are being discouraged from asking for increases. Ive checked in a few times to no avail.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nearly everyone I talk to at some point will talk about how it's overwhelming, they are overworked, or that they fear they are on a sinking ship. It is hard to ignore the general feeling when it keeps coming up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been doing a job without the title, and with the goal being moved back and back. I have done conservative benchmarking and am very undervalued while still giving my best. I can't let my team fail or just let things not happen, so I am continuing to show up well, but I'm weary.
