A national company cannot make salaries equal across the Country; living expenses are not equal. This needs to be addressed. Also, those of us on tiny teams killing ourselves to help keep the company afloat & customers ultimately happy should be compensated for that effort, in some way.

It's a challenge for a 100% remote company to compensate each person according to their living expenses and therefore I am underpaid for the area where I live. Additionally, our team is understaffed, so I work extra hours too often. I love everything else about my job, but it's enough to leave.
