What makes me most happy at work is solving customer issues and knowing that my contributions make a positive impact. I also enjoy collaborating with my team, sharing knowledge, and continuously learning new skills that help me grow both professionally and personally.

seeing movement on ADO requests that we have completed not just for our clients but in general we have more then we can handle but the team moves quick and over exceed and pull in a few extra's not that they had to work more but other teams/clients responded and could move quicker

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much work not enough time to get it all done. Some teams do not respond to help us complete our work while other teams set unrealistic expectations causing undo stress and long work hours.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 15 hours ago

Many longtime employees cut in RIFs/reorgs had deep knowledge of products, procedures, and tools--those still here were scrambling and disillusioned. Employees need to feel more loyalty from upper level leadership; i.e., we're not just pawns to throw away when the bottom line needs to look better.

Nearly everyone I talk to at some point will talk about how it's overwhelming, they are overworked, or that they fear they are on a sinking ship. It is hard to ignore the general feeling when it keeps coming up.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 3 days ago

When I come in I'm overwhelmed with 10+ messages from our global resources who are stuck and won't continue until they have clarity on a project. A culture of RFs is never good for morale or keeping great employees.

I am training and assisting new app support and my satisfaction comes from the resolving of customer issues.

The Engineering team is full of employees who obfuscate and out right lie about product defects. It is impossible to get them to answer a direct question if it means they have to take responsibility for anything. I am continually gaslit and the goal posts are moved in every conversation.

Posted 3 days ago

I work in an area of the organization that is experiencing a lot of churn and I do not expect that to slow down with the "sustain" program in place for the solutions I support. It is frustrating.

This is a private equity owned company. Despite marketing values based in healthcare our core values really come down to supporting the Private Equity boards' interests and bottom line. We can't do what we need to for our customers.

Review from Product Dept

Not enough resources to do our jobs well...too much focus on a "platform" and not enough on sustaining and growing the products our customers have today. Our customers are seeing it more and more.

Poor communication between departments, too many administrative tasks, processes seem to change weekly, talent under-utilization, lack of training, frequent layoffs, off-shoring of jobs, too much focus on money instead of actually helping customers, products don't seem to be getting better

If employees are consistently going beyond working hours and sacrificing their work-life balance, it is only fair that they receive appropriate recognition, timely promotions, and competitive pay in return.

Review from Engineering Dept

There seems to be little in the area of career advancement and the company defining a career path for many positions. If an associate does an exceptional job in their area they are more likely to be kept in that role than looked at for advancement.

Review from Engineering Dept

Overworked, stressed, asked to do more with less, constant changes and pivoting that wastes time and causes confusion, no proper talk tracks, documentation to provide customer whereas our competitors have this content. Constantly reactive vs proactive to maintain business-some teammates not helping.

Review from Sales Dept

Customers reach out to sales to get help and want to pay but sales is not even replying to them. We are not supporting our customers unfortunately and it is very sad

Fire the CEO BJ Schaknowski.

Workload is very high, yet we need to spend time forecasting and other paper-shuffling activities

Review from Business Development Dept

Stop micromanaging, stop trying to save a buck at the detriment of the company and the clients.

They don’t hire enough people and we cannot get the support that we need. But leadership ignores all our issues and expects us to g

Have lost my trust. This is not the same company I started with. In my area there is no career growth.

Better salary and better software that doesn't always go slow or freezes, etc.
