I have been a long time employee at symplr and come through acquisitions and changes as well as much growth in my role here. I have reported to many different people and team members as well as leaders. Overall it has been a wonderful experience!

Comradery, they are all very intelligent, skilled and hard working and easy to work with!! Pleasant to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Using my skills, education, knowledge to help others. Working with my team and customers. Being able to work from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They share information about the company, make time to answer questions and update everyone. Personable, relatable and have a servant attitude.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Anytime we engage with customers through calls, demos, conferences, webinars, blogs, demos etc. the way we care about our customers and industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most members of my team work really hard, dedicated and loyal. They are fun, pleasant, knowledgeable and smart! I love working with most of my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, Recognition and Promotion from within, HR is the best, C-suite open door policy and opportunity to ask questions! C-suite gave up bonus $ so we could all get one!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is not in line with industry rate for a senior executive with my skills, knowledge, education, experience and title. I go above and beyond what my job description calls for daily. Our MBO's were removed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do. The customers! I feel like I am helping both internal and external customers with education, training and support. I like my gifts, talents, education, experience are used in my job. Good fit. My team and manager.
