I know that I could very well make more money at other tech companies in my local area. I do choose to stay with symplr because the culture aligns well with what I am looking for. But if I am being completely honest, I feel it is very probable that I could be making more money at another company.

I'm only valued when there is a critical error. Last year I worked over 1000 hours of overtime and was allowed to take 3 days off. I keep asking for help and I'm told that there is no budget.
