Amazing energy, forward thinking, friendly and approachable.
Review from Product Dept
The transparency and consistency of message. Perfect? No. But you can tell they always strive to do the right thing.
Review from Product Dept
Very authentic and open. I don't get the sense they're ever "hiding" or avoiding any issues.
Review from Product Dept
Honest, transparent communication and truly caring for the culture and the employees that support symplr.
Review from Product Dept
The leadership team is comprised of hard-working people that I feel always have the best interest of the company and our product offerings in mind when making decisions.
Review from Product Dept
The executive level needs to stop pretending like they are connected to the organization that pays their salary. They have NO idea who we are or what we do for the organization as a whole on a daily basis. We are often asked to concede. It's exhausting.
Review from Product Dept
Transparency, transparency, transparency. It's not enough to say that we're transparent in business decisions.
Review from Product Dept
A variety of life-balance apps and services are available. I am also a fan of the management team's flexibility with scheduling. At least my team leader trusts us to get the job done, regardless of "when" the work gets done.
Review from Product Dept
Flexibility of schedule. Like the 401K with Principal as well as the range of primary and fringe benefits.
Review from Product Dept
Permissive PTO, salary, health benefits...all of it!
Review from Product Dept
Great 401(k) plan. PTO policy is great as well.
Review from Product Dept
All the benefits are above expected

I have continually taken on more and more in my role when other roles have been vacated without compensation, promotion, or even recognition. I've been told that a promotion can only occur if the person directly above me is promoted and my peers are promoted.
Review from Product Dept
I've assumed a number of roles as the company becomes tighter and tighter in terms of hiring backfills...I have done so without hesitation and have never been offered a pay increase for my increased responsibility. An excellent company would recognize this and offer additional compensation.
Review from Product Dept
I would like to see my salary commensurate with what others are paid for the amount of work that I perform and the responsibilities that lie with me. That said, I hesitate to ask for additional compensation because I fear that may be taken from someone else just as deserving.
Review from Product Dept
I suspect that I am under compensated by 25% of what I should be making for my role and responsibilities
Review from Product Dept
Consistency across the company and across male/female demographic.
Review from Product Dept
This team is absolutely fantastic. They show up with positive attitudes, excellent questions, and are always ready to take on more for the betterment of the entire team and the organization. It's actually amazing given what little the executive level gives back.
Review from Product Dept
Everyone works together toward a common goal.
Review from Product Dept
Collegial attitude, desire to help, positive, and humorous. There are also a variety of perspectives which I relish.
Review from Product Dept
Everyone I work with is kind, diligent and customer-focused. Folks also have a great balance of taking a bit of time to connect personally, then shift into "business mode" to get the task at hand completed.
Review from Product Dept
Intelligent, kind, curious, solution oriented, cohesive, funny, caring.
Review from Product Dept
More focus on the team as a whole and less focus on looking out for your team/department. Ultimate winner is the company and the customer not the individual or the department.
Review from Product Dept
The team that I work with. Everything else seems like putting lipstick on a pig.
Review from Product Dept
Lots of great activities, learning opportunities and fun while working hard to make a difference.
Review from Product Dept
The core values are very nice, concise statements of how everyone is expected to show up. Awards are give to those who truly demonstrate those values. They're also good "decision making tool" -- you can ask, "which alternative most closely aligns with our core values?"
Review from Product Dept
High energy and boss is very understanding that, in order to move a ton of work, not everything can be perfect. "Close enough is good enough" is the guidance -- which I appreciate. (I'm still a perfectionist, but hey, at least I have permission to let things go.)
Review from Product Dept
The fact that our values and mission are apparent, clear, and lived by within this company. symplr invests A LOT into its employees knowing that happy employees result in happy customers.
Review from Product Dept
Resources matching workload. Technology updates to stay in the game with competitors and make less workload on product support by aligning with volume and need.
Review from Product Dept
Open line of communication with the talent management team
Review from Product Dept
I liked that the interview process was conversational. All relevant information came out naturally. In addition, it permit me the ability to see immediately how well I would work with my supervisors.
Review from Product Dept
Making the candidate more comfortable during the discussions.
Review from Product Dept
I never was intimidated in any part of the process

Solving problems facing our customers and improving our processes to create 10X types of value for internal and external stakeholders.
Review from Product Dept
The people are great. Enjoy the big challenges and seeing the product/engineering organization mature.
Review from Product Dept
I am most happy when I am designing or improving the quality of our software in some way.
Review from Product Dept
Seeing our work make a difference in the hands of our clients.
Review from Product Dept
Not sure that improvement is possible at this point.
Review from Product Dept
Understanding that the base has to be solid before true positive growth will occur. If the software has issues. If the staff is understaffed for that development, it doesn't matter how many sales people you put in place, ultimately you will fail.
