The executive level needs to stop pretending like they are connected to the organization that pays their salary. They have NO idea who we are or what we do for the organization as a whole on a daily basis. We are often asked to concede. It's exhausting.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We have done 85 increase on our prices but yet we only get a 2% raise that is not even a cost of living raise.

FOR THE AMOUNT OF HOURS WORKED DIRECTLY WITH CUSTOMERS WE SHOULD BE PAID MORE VERSUS HIRING MORE UPPER LEVEL MANAGEMENT

My manager is always advocating for me to make more money, and I so appreciate that, but my salary is well below what I am worth and the liveable wage for my area.

It should be comparable to industry

The thought cheap overseas labor will replace the US employees is a lack of vision with the myth they'll save money while driving customers away with poor care.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a small team that work really well together

we work as a team. But the changes that was made in our department has left us all feeling uncertain

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Since we have begun global outsourcing, every time someone has left Symplr we do not hire a new person, we simply re-allocate the work to overseas. These folks are not doing the same quality of work that my co-workers would have done.

a lot of silos and we are not creating structure and process around how we need to share information and act on and own the actions around how to get things done

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Stop micromanaging, stop trying to save a buck at the detriment of the company and the clients.

They don’t hire enough people and we cannot get the support that we need. But leadership ignores all our issues and expects us to g

It is stressful. The products we implement are not fully vetted and the integrations between the products are not working as customers may expect. We are selling things that we can't really back with the products and it creates a dissatisfied customer.

Not sure that improvement is possible at this point.

there is no role definition for my role or my team members, therefore, we never know how to solve for problems that come our way. we depend on other teams, and they do not feel they have role clarity either
