Since we have begun global outsourcing, every time someone has left Symplr we do not hire a new person, we simply re-allocate the work to overseas. These folks are not doing the same quality of work that my co-workers would have done.

It is stressful. The products we implement are not fully vetted and the integrations between the products are not working as customers may expect. We are selling things that we can't really back with the products and it creates a dissatisfied customer.
Not sure that improvement is possible at this point.
there is no role definition for my role or my team members, therefore, we never know how to solve for problems that come our way. we depend on other teams, and they do not feel they have role clarity either
