Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued as an individual, but I do think that my pay could be higher, based on average/median salary within the industry. Because of the history of pay of when I first started, it has impacted the overall compensation $ value over time, but I think symplr is doing it's best.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care about each other as people first. We are not just a cog in a wheel but talented professionals who care about each other and the work we do.

The inclusion and sense of belonging - our CEO is very transparent on a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to discrimination or negative/bad behavior. Having the confidence that I can show up as my true self and be supported in all levels of the organization is unique and comforting.

The team I get to work with everyday and the mission of symplr to give caregivers more time wtih patients and less time in our software.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Inconsistent processes and technology creates disparities across customers

Lack of resources, the difficult situations we find ourselves with clients, and the nature of sContract make day to day work challenging. Product stabilization, operational efficiency (across pro services, product, and other teams) makes the job challenging.
