Family first is the culture at my shop.
Minimal micro-management, allow us to work as a team and reach needed goals while only stepping in if necessary.
Family oriented organization. Concerned about you.
They are open minded, willing to listen, and genuinely seem to care about their employees.
They can all work together well but need to do more of it
could work on communication and organization
Understanding all jobs and their "real" value to the company and not just sales and service departments.
Paying the talented people a decent amount to live securely on. They also need to ask their employees how things are going and be open to the answers they receive.
understanding inflation from an employee's perspective
Treating everyone as equal and not showing favoritism. Also making employees feel like they are valued as an employee.
Short term, long term, life insurance taken care of. Good working hours.
Company paid LTD & STD and 401K matching.
There arent really any complaints so i would have to say im glad they are matching us as much as they are in the 401k. I would like to see some profit sharing or something in the future for myself as well as others within the company if it were possible
pto package is good and bebefits good
better pay or little bonus
because my job description continues to grow and I have absorbed other duties after others quit and are not replaced. My duties have tripled since I took this job and I am still 15000 away from a yearly salary that was told to me when I moved into my current job back in 2014. SAD!
Comparable wages for all employees.
More compatible with industry standard. That being said there is more than pay rate to make a successful work environment. I have been an employee for 30 years and recognize there is more to consider than just pay rate.
this company's way of an open check book for wasteful spending, such as consultants that don't have a clue, needless trips to another country, paying of overtime to employees that work from remote more than half the time, using working remote to do things that require PTO for everyone else.
The willingness to help each other .
We are a team everyone pitches in
Its a flat organization and provides many opportunities to wear different "hats" and provide growth and training outside of my area.
Their is certain employees that care about what product we pack and the quality we produce for the customer. Some employees will help when you are having issues.

An opportunity to better what was done the previous day.
The ideas that the supervisors will listen to you about your ideas to make your job better. The manager checks with each of us daily to see if their is any issues. The manager is involved with us on the floor every day.
Getting to see the positive impact on the overall production numbers from the changes we are incorporating with the plant, equipment and mindset of the people.
Being able to complete projects to make the company money
i'm able to pay my bills
general manager and management to take time once a week to go around to talk to their employees
I love my job and every new challenge it brings my way. I also know that it will never be valued like some others in this company. If you are not in sales and service then you are a nobody and pay and pay increases show that very loudly.
Wages and Management are two things .
To much overtime, Not enough people to give our customers the service they need.
Engineering and sales don't communicate effectively. Engineering is overworked and needs more time and staff to catch mistakes before they hit the floor.
