Like I said earlier. I love my job and the everyday challenges it brings but I am also realistic and understand change is going to happen. We are growing and I want to continue grow with, but not just job duties, real money, like other job get valued. I personally am tired of seeing people quit.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding all jobs and their "real" value to the company and not just sales and service departments.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude and communication and get rid of the individual and bring back the TEAM. Understand that we rely on each other and not to work against each other for personal reasons.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I love my job and every new challenge it brings my way. I also know that it will never be valued like some others in this company. If you are not in sales and service then you are a nobody and pay and pay increases show that very loudly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because my job description continues to grow and I have absorbed other duties after others quit and are not replaced. My duties have tripled since I took this job and I am still 15000 away from a yearly salary that was told to me when I moved into my current job back in 2014. SAD!
