It's a great company to work for as far as a "traditional job", however as a millennial - it's disappointing to work for a company that doesn't better the world in anyway. I do feel guilty sometimes earning a paycheck for work that promote pollution of our environment.

For the amount of work on my desk, I feel a higher salary would be warranted.

I feel that the work our company pushes dot not contribute to a better world. Our focus is "profit over people" and does not contribute to the betterment of climate change.
