I don't have much to say about the leadership team because I don't have much contact with them. I believe they have doing their best for the growth of Promach all over the world.
They have the knowledge and the vision to now where they want to go next with the future of this company.

During hiring process I have asked for certain salary and benefits, I was told they are not out of budget (salary) / not possible (3 week vacation). Now that I lead team of 14 people, I learned that a person in my team has more salary then me. Some new hires have more then 2 week vacation offered
I feel undervalued when I compare my work with that of another employee who performs a single task and has earn more than I , and I feel that this same employee has more credibility within the company even though he does not deliver the expected results.

Having a large resource to pull from if you need help
People should understand how we are doing as a company. They should be informed of the company goals and be updated about how we are tracking towards the goals. We should incentivize people to accomplish goals.
