It is not even a year since I joined the company however, it has been very pleasant yet challenging experience. I can see lots of opportunities to improve as company which motivates me to work more even more harder and I can see lots of opportunities for my personal career growth as well.

What makes you most happy at work?
Doing something better than what I did yesterday. Looking for an opportunity to something that will benefit customer, company, colleagues and team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Long term vision and actions / plan to put in place to achieve the goal. Every step taken by leadership team is very well thought and carefully executed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Be an Owner - Overall culture of the company here is Be an Owner of everything that you do. Everyone is working towards doing their absolute best to do things that are in the best interest of customer and company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During hiring process I have asked for certain salary and benefits, I was told they are not out of budget (salary) / not possible (3 week vacation). Now that I lead team of 14 people, I learned that a person in my team has more salary then me. Some new hires have more then 2 week vacation offered
