The overall attitude of the company. Everyone is negative and blames and points fingers. Departments are not held accountable so things they do poorly or don't want to do get pushed onto other people's plates who already have too much. Nobody works together. I work remotely as an RSM so visiting my customers or presenting is something I look forward too, but working positively through a project makes me the happiest. I am sure once I close my forst project then receiving a PO will make me the happiest.

Too often management presents is no clear path forward

The management and direction of this company are not good. They focus on the wrong things and don't address anything to actual improve the company but expect different results and more sales. I am convinced upper management doesn't really understand how this company operates.

Stop speaking about us as a team when we are clearly not a team. Some are very much a team and many could care less. Give people, especially management, the ability to work 40 hours and have life outside of Shuttleworth. Good work/life balance makes for happier employees
