Its a flat organization and provides many opportunities to wear different "hats" and provide growth and training outside of my area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More compatible with industry standard. That being said there is more than pay rate to make a successful work environment. I have been an employee for 30 years and recognize there is more to consider than just pay rate.
