I feel extremely lucky to be here. Sometimes I don't know how I got so lucky to have this opportunity to learn and grow and be a part of the team at ZoomInfo. Everyone has been so supportive and enjoyable to work with. I feel challenged, but challenged at a comfortable rate that I am not overwhelmed

The people I work with and the trust on my team that we will all get our work done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it is dynamic. While important, salary is not the only thing that matters. I am pleased that RSUs and 401K matching were offered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are extremely intelligent, hard working, thoughtful, helpful, and level headed. I can learn so much from each of them and become a better person as a result of spending time with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has made me feel welcomed and valued. While interviewing and since joining, I've felt that my role would not have been offered to anyone with my qualifications, but that as an individual I was who they wanted in the role. I also appreciate their willingness to check-in and be transparent.
