My overall experience with the company through the year working there has been great. It's a great work environment, where people aren't only compensated fairly for their work, but given many opportunists to grow and learn new things in their field of work.

Managers did not listen to employees' suggestions and did not care about their employees' benefits, Low Salary no increase for regulations.

I think to have a little appraisal since as an agent we did a lot of adjustment and we are working hard as a frontliner of the company. A little appraisal will be so much appreciated and will give us motivation to work hard
