Zwift: It's fast-paced and collaborative, that is the best part. However, I am unclear how to advance. I've expressed interest in wanting to advance and believe I am fulfilling the requirements for this, but I'm not totally sure. I wish it was more clear.
Levelset: The path to success is clear in Levelset sales. I know what's expected of me and there's a lot of coaching and enablement to help me do well. Hard work and a positive attitude every day help me see success and level up the work I'm doing.
Levelset: Levelset has carefully and successfully created world-class work culture. Everyone is upbeat, driven, and pulling in the same direction.
Snyk: A roller coaster ride. Have learnt a lot of new technologies in a year and teamed up with the brightest minds
Zwift: Zwift is fast-paced, and there is a lot to learn. Overall, I do love that there is so much of that, but I also feel pressured to keep working and do better than I already do. It is exhausting, and I hope that it becomes worth it.
Zwift: So far it has been very comfortable and positive. They really care about you as an employee.

Zwift: The company is great! They are making great decisions to move the company forward. I've been at companies during this stage of growth and it truly is an exciting time. Zwift is no exception, they are hiring the best and giving teams the autonomy to grow and scale
Zwift: Zwift has such a positive future, but the timeline for the growth plans are extremely aggressive with little to no tools or resource in place to ensure we're successful. Also ambition is great, but only when decisions are made can we proceed in working towards Zwift's goals.
Zwift: The people are amazing. However, leadership seems totally lost about how to steer the ship. The ToT rollout was terrible resulting in us losing great talent. Communication and priority are poor resulting in huge amounts of unnecessary overtime.
Zwift: It's a great company and people love working her - sans Covid challenges
Zwift: My experience, while being 100% remote, has been very positive. I am most looking forward to getting back on the office to actually get to make some real connections with coworkers
PubMatic: The is a highly collaborative, global company that celebrates success and tackles problems together. We champion wins and are transparent in the way we communicate (no sugar-coating on challenges...just honest assessment and "next steps" collaborative problem solving.
Concentra: There is a serious lack of leadership at the present time. It has been a struggle since I was hired.

Helpshift: Mostly working on something valuable and with people who are really good at their work. Decent work life balance, suffers only around important project deadlines. Tech is a bit old but well maintained and there are fewer tech upgrades because more importance given to features.

Workload and expectations are well outside industry norms.
