I enjoy working at the company. The majority of the people i work with are great. There is no work life balance. My workload has increased without a meaningful increase in compensation. It is impossible to take a vacation so rolling over vacation provides no benefit.

I never get off time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The majority of my coworkers are people that I enjoy working with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no work life balance. If I am expected to work 24/7, I should be paid more. There were no raises as a result of COVID but we are expected to provide the same or better results without an increase in compensation.
