What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay attention to ALL of your employees. I know we all are busy most times, but take a moment to LISTEN & UNDERSTAND your employees. PROVIDE FAIR TRAINING. STOP treating us like mules. RESPOND to our emails. RECONGNIZE your eager and hard-working employees. MAKE THE WORKLOAD FAIR. Burnout is real.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager doesn't seem to care or recognize the hard work I put into carrying others. I manage the workload of several team members. I'm cleaning up HUGE messes made before my start date. I am absolutely underpaid. I would like a raise or prefer Sunnova to AT LEAST provide proper training for ALL.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have a really good team; there are some who are lazy, hide work, and rush to accomplish tasks at the very last second. I wish for better communication. The entire team should be notified of one's absense to we can work together for coverage instead of one person handling majority of the workload.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a supportive, positive culture. We share and focus on "success moments" as part of an everyday strategy to stay motivated.

I'm having a hard time trying to think of what is positive about the culture here. I do enjoy being able to work remotely; it saves on car fuel. I do equally have no issues with working fromt the office, as it is easier to tackle work with two monitors and printer access. The terraces are nice.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just feel undervalued, so of course I would never be excited to come into a place that doesn't pay me my worth. I'm currently covering two other teams, but I'm remaining a team player. I just think more recognition would help. Less repetative meetings. More clarificaiton of assignments. TRAINING.
