Remote work environment is the optimal environment for me and i'm happy that Sunnova can and does accommodate a remote workforce.
Review from IT Dept
The thing that makes me the most happy is I'm making a difference in today's world of energy choices and a more sustainable future for society.

Review from Admin Dept
The people that I work with do not see me as a coworker/employee, but as a friend

I love that I work for a company that makes a difference and strives to make the world better for future genarations.
Review from Finance Dept
Making an impact by improving current processes and that we're headed towards an innovative future that is going to change the energy industry.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Making a difference for customers
Review from Customer Support Dept
The ability to be creative.
Review from Operations Dept
help others in any situation, complete my tasks on time, share with the team
Review from Finance Dept
Too much chaos and lack of good decisions by leaders
Review from HR Dept
After changing offices my commute time has drastically increased, working form home or looking at close office opportunities would help
Review from Operations Dept
The lack of proper processes, to many manager/leaders who are inept to lead a team. We need managers who can introduce change, lead and get over the finish line. There's a constant mindset to be reactive but not proactive.
Review from Operations Dept
Better pay, better benefits, better incentive.
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership, better compensation and benefits, communication, acknowledgement
Review from Operations Dept
The work day should be cut down from 12 hour shifts. Leaders should be able to bring their team donuts or other items if they like. More collaborative communication from upper leadership and more positivity in the work place.
Review from Operations Dept
What's going wrong is the Leadership at this company. It needs to change. Nothing improves without that change. Also getting the pay and recognition deserved for all associates that take on leaderships work.
Review from Operations Dept
Lack of culture, good work and creativity stifled (primarily by legal) and finger-pointing at the VP level
Review from Executive Dept
It is just work at this point. Some days it can be exciting, some days it can be stressful and some days it can be boring. As to improvement, better accounting systems/software to eliminate some, if not most, of the manual process.
Review from Finance Dept
1) I don't have any personal growth training o 2) No clear vision of what my department wants to achieve 3) I can only work with tasks (action items) but without knowing WHY we are doing them. 4) Goals and priorities change instantly and constantly. 5) We aren't building the brand, nor revenue, only
Review from Marketing Dept
Executive leadership needs a change.
Review from Sales Dept
There is no transparency in how people are promoted/given a raise or rated on performance reviews. The company also "laid off" a great leader voicing his opinion. Anonymous ethics complaints claim this is normal...
Review from Sales Dept
Too many fire drills, there is no urgency from management to improve processes.
Review from Marketing Dept
Sunnova has an opportunity to provide a strategic vision with goals that can be planned against to offset the number of reactive fire drills that are thrown at employees with the expectations to work nights and weekends to meet those goals.
Review from Marketing Dept
more resources and team members are needed to complete all of the work required. raises would greatly improve moral
Review from Marketing Dept
I just feel undervalued, so of course I would never be excited to come into a place that doesn't pay me my worth. I'm currently covering two other teams, but I'm remaining a team player. I just think more recognition would help. Less repetative meetings. More clarificaiton of assignments. TRAINING.
Review from Legal Dept
We could do better with training as far as grouping. The knowledge we need to retain does not call for a mass training.
Review from Admin Dept
The supervisors have high expections and do not care how hard you are working and always want more. Nothing is good enough but they also do not help to relieve the daily work load to help out the employees instead have demands and make comments if something was not done by there standards.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Motivation and incentives should be given company-wide even if you are working remotely and out of state
Review from IT Dept
Improve communication response and have a sense of urgency in driving for solutions
