No synergy amongst remote workers.

I have a really good team; there are some who are lazy, hide work, and rush to accomplish tasks at the very last second. I wish for better communication. The entire team should be notified of one's absense to we can work together for coverage instead of one person handling majority of the workload.

Sunnova is a growing, evolving company and some change is due to the growth of our business and not everyone is a good fit for our business model. Being able to adapt to change in our organization is a key skill in our current evolution.
We are not able to communicate with each other, which makes it hard for anyone to communicate with anyone.

Some need a much better understanding of what we do, learn the basics of solar, the program, and our processes. Some need to learn active listening in order to provide impeccable customer service. Need to log concise notes in Salesforce. Be willing to communicate and welcome constructive criticism.
