Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sunnova depends too heavily on bonus payouts to compensate employees for their day to day responsibilities. It is not competitive in the market.

I feel valued in my team, and enjoy what I do. But my base compensation does not match the amount of work and efforts that I bring to the table. Salary levels seem to be lower than market and there is no cost-of-living increases.

I do calls all day, other agents, doing emails or calls, get paid the same. If not more. I do not really see that as fair.
