What I like best about the leadership team is that everyone is truly an expert in their field: they bring a wealth of experience to their roles. We've recently brought on two new EVPs, and they are amazing. Michael Grasso also moved to chief revenue officer, which is excellent for us.

What I like best about the compensation package is the diversity of it. It is spread out over a variety of investments. We have a base salary, cash bonus, stock bonus, 401K, employee stock purchase, plus all of the regular healthcare, etc., you would expect.

It's good to have a PPO option and to have costs covered to the extent they are. I also appreciate 401k matching and bonuses.

1) Remote worker doesn't seem to get attention from HQ, and the HR team's efficiency is below the avg. 2) Paid is not taking into account the local living standard. Overall, long hours of work/contribution remotely. Results: with no recognition and cannot cover household bills

I know my salary is not competitive compared to other jobs I'm qualified for. I received "exceed expectations" performance rating but my request for a raise was denied. My boss is mostly rude, and expectations for workload are ridiculous.

Sunnova is a growing, evolving company and some change is due to the growth of our business and not everyone is a good fit for our business model. Being able to adapt to change in our organization is a key skill in our current evolution.

The quality of working together is given by mutual respect and trust. My impression is that the relationship with my coworkers is based on a basic individualism that does not really allow us to see ourselves as a team.

Our company's most positive culture or environment is that we remain hungry to succeed. We are a lean, young, ten-year-old start-up that happens to be a publicly traded company. We are moving at a comfortably fast pace that is exciting and intentional.

People don't collaborate organically. In my experience, there is always anxiety and a frenzied desire to hastily fulfill a vertical last-minute request. This often results in very hasty, superficial, and disrespectful human relationships.
