Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Overworked and Underpaid. It was exciting at first but burnout from working long hours catches up with you.

What makes you most happy at work?

Feeling like I am doing something good for the world.

What are some of the best things about your team?

High impact analysis that can be used to steer the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too many fire drills, there is no urgency from management to improve processes.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Sunnova leaders publicly make it clear that the company's mission is to serve customers with reliable, affordable, sustainable power.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to the "troops on the ground" and allowing more autonomy. Working smarter and setting up sustainable processes instead of allowing teams to scramble to get things done as quickly as possible.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The recruiter I interviewed with openly admitted "I understand our salary is not competitive". I am essentially being offered jobs on LinkedIn for 20% more. Work-life balance is way worse than my last job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know my salary is not competitive compared to other jobs I'm qualified for. I received "exceed expectations" performance rating but my request for a raise was denied. My boss is mostly rude, and expectations for workload are ridiculous.
