Zwift is fast-paced, and there is a lot to learn. Overall, I do love that there is so much of that, but I also feel pressured to keep working and do better than I already do. It is exhausting, and I hope that it becomes worth it.

When my work is appreciated, and cross-functional teams are able to finish a project.

The people at Zwift. We have super talented, awesome, kind, passionate, and amazing individuals that work here.

Very communicative, and we all want the best for Zwift. We lean in and help each other during difficult moments of work.
