What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k match is amazing, free zwifting, and the WFH stipend is very thoughtful. I also know that this is not a part of the compensation package, but the fact that we are considerate of #zwiftfamiles and that our org is supportive of parents is amazing and not found at all companies!

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team finds and issue and is ready to work on a solve immediately! There is no job too big and the member always comes first. We are big on retention, keeping the sale, and leaving a good taste in the member's mouth while doing it! This makes us stand out as a company.
