The leadership team has set lofty goals for not only Zwift as a company but for each department and employee at the company. Not only do they set these goals but they do everything in their power to help us achieve them and get where we all need to be as a team and as a company.

Consult the employees or get feedback from employees before big company roll-outs of policies and procedures are made.

Be more open about projects happening and give real answers. Feels like execs are always hiding something during Q&As. Sentiment is execs make decisions for employees on things like employee wellness without getting input from staff on what they actually want or need.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fitness budget and the PTO policy. The fitness budget feels like an investment in you being apart of Zwift's mission from day one, which is a powerful message. The PTO policy is great, shows they want us to be happy/healthy/balanced.
