Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Despite the growing pains and the last minute changes by leadership, Zwift is still a place I can call home and I do enjoy working here and working amongst my peers, many who I can call family.

Consult the employees or get feedback from employees before big company roll-outs of policies and procedures are made.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My team and I do a large amount of work, yet are overlooked and taken for granted by leadershp.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be more open about projects happening and give real answers. Feels like execs are always hiding something during Q&As. Sentiment is execs make decisions for employees on things like employee wellness without getting input from staff on what they actually want or need.
