Remember that individual contributors matter. Backfill positions so we aren't all super burned out. Allow us to ask questions post company update without being censored. Be open and honest ie celebrating the intern summit when tons of people got covid feels dishonest

Listen to your employees. Take constructive feedback. Stop knee jerk reacting to everything the board says. Stop saying your a "product lead company" and actually lead the company with product innovation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing the same work ss people getting paid 20k more than I am, I am qualified for the same job at other companies that pay way more, and we have folks still paid hourly that get very little sick time and vacation time and can't participate in product time off due to no vacation time

Employee with dependents insurance coverage can be more competitive. Overall salary is pretty competitive if including bonus. I wish there is more employee stocks either through grant or purpchase program

The company is on a rocket ship trajectory. As long as we can sustain and scale this explosive growth for the next 2 to 3 years, the company should get bought out or go IPO at a pretty lucrative price point.

More opportunities become available as we keep growing. The option to remain where I'm at or put the work in to advance into another role is great. Overall, the work is satisfying and I can get some exercise in while I'm at it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop hiring "product" people and middle managers to fill chairs and make the company look attractive for an IPO. Start hiring people with gaming backgrounds who are ready to put hands on keyboards and get things done.
